Bright Baby recognise that high delivery charges for goods sold on the internet are frustrating to online consumers. We have therefore tried to keep delivery costs down to what we believe is a very competitive and fair amount. We aim to keep our charges as simple as we can too.

Delivery within Australia

Total value of goods up to AUD$150.00 - delivery charge is only AUD$6.50

Total value of goods over AUD$150.00 - delivery charge is FREE Delivery to New Zealand

Fixed charge for most orders - only AUD$14.95
(However, for extremely large items such as Creatiles we will contact you prior to shipping to advise on exact cost)

These prices are for orders placed on this website only.

We deliver by Australia Post or a courier service. For the courier service, a signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be left and you can re-arrange delivery on a suitable day.

Returns Policy
We want you to be totally happy with any purchases that you make from us. We will therefore accept returns for refund within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All we ask is that goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Customers requesting a refund should contact Bright Baby for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable.
