This DooWell 5 A Day reward chart has been specially designed to help keep children motivated and rewarded for eating a good balance of food.

How it works: write your child's name on the chart and write or draw a reward. Each time during the day the child eats a portion of a fruit or vegetable, its magnetic piece goes on the plate. A full plate in a day and you earn a star. Up to 7 stars earns the chosen reward.
